  • Upon successful completion, a registration number will be generated. You should save this for future reference.

2. Complete Your Profile

  • After the initial registration, log in to your account using your email ID/registration number and the password you created.

  • Your profile will likely show as incomplete. Click on the "Complete Your Profile" button to proceed.

  • Fill in all the required details, including your:

    • About Me: A brief self-introduction.

    • Contact Details: Your full address.

    • Educational Details: Information about your qualifications, including your ITI trade and marks.

    • Preferences: Your preferred location, sector, and trade for apprenticeship.

  • You will also need to upload required documents, which typically include:

    • Scanned passport-size color photograph.

    • Scanned Aadhar Card.

    • Scanned marksheet of your highest qualification (e.g., ITI, 10th, 12th).

    • Scanned copy of the first page of your Aadhar-seeded bank account passbook or statement for stipend payments.

3. Applying for Apprenticeship Opportunities

  • Once your profile is 100% complete, you can start searching for apprenticeship opportunities.

  • Use the search filters on the portal to find jobs based on your trade (e.g., Electrician, Fitter), location, and sector.

  • When you find a suitable opportunity, you can apply directly through the portal.

  • Employers can also search for candidates and send you invitations to apply.

  • After applying, establishments may contact you for an interview. If selected, they will issue an offer letter, and a contract will be signed between you and the establishment, which is then registered on the portal.

The entire process is managed digitally on the portal, from registration to the signing and approval of the apprenticeship contract. The registration process is mandatory for both designated and optional trades.
